Job description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor โ MEP to support the commercial management of MEP works, including quantity take-offs, valuations, cost control, subcontractor administration, variations, and final account activities.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs for MEP works, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Fighting.

Prepare and review subcontractor interim valuations and payment applications.

Assist with client valuations, variations, quotations and change orders.

Maintain measurement sheets, material reconciliations and commercial records.

Verify subcontractor invoices against measured works and contract rates.

Monitor subcontractor orders, variations and commercial instructions.

Assist with cost reports, budget monitoring and procurement-related activities.

Coordinate with site engineers for site measurements and verification.

Maintain updated commercial documentation, including contracts, drawings, correspondence and instructions.

Support the preparation and close-out of final accounts.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelorโs Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, MEP Engineering or a related field.

4โ6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within an MEP contracting environment.

Good knowledge of MEP measurement, valuation and cost control.

Familiarity with standard forms of contract and subcontract administration.

Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS/commercial software is an advantage.
