Position: QS / Estimation Engineer (Civil & ELV)

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced QS / Estimation Engineer to join our team immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil & ELV field

• Valid driving license (Mandatory)

• Strong knowledge in estimation and quantity surveying

• Ability to join immediately

Scope of Work:

• Preparing quotations and BOQ

• Conducting site visits

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors

• Strong industry network

• Good knowledge in the relevant field

• Preparation of prequalification documents

• Good connection with consultant

• Preparation of material submittals and related documentation
