Office based Accountant wanted for a growing Accountancy Practice based in Ballivor, Co Meath. Become an important part of a team where your thoughts and ideas matter. Where your skills are valued and rewarded.

Responsibilities include:

Accounts preparation for limited companies, sole traders and schools.

Preparation of statutory returns (ROI).

Preparation and filing of Corporation Tax returns for clients.

Preparation of Income Tax Returns.

Preparation of Management Accounts, including KPI reporting.

Cashflows and Projections

Client meetings for review of Year End Accounts.

Ad hoc accountancy work that may arise.

Requirements:

ACCA or CPA qualified/part qualified.

Be familiar with relevant accounting standards.

Strong accounts experience to the highest level.

Taxation experience (Income Tax and Corporation Tax).

Ability to work on own initiative and adhere to strict deadlines.

Strong IT skills.

Are confident in meeting people and communicating with clients and other staff members.

Practicing certificate (preferred).

Experience:

3 years’ experience required.

Excel to an advanced level (Required).

Bright Accounts Production or equivalent (Preferred).

Relate Drive (Preferred).

Bright Books, Sage Accounts and Quickbooks Online (Preferred).

Salary:

TBC – Dependent on skills and abilities.
