Duties

• Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times

• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sterilization

• Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering reassurance

• Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations

• Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, reception duties, and maintaining clinical supplies

• Monitor patient vital signs when needed and assist with post-treatment care instructions

• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to foster a welcoming environment and streamline clinic workflow

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Nurse or similar role within a healthcare setting

• Valid qualification as a Qualified Dental Nurse from an accredited program

• Strong knowledge of patient care protocols, infection control, and sterilization procedures

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in IT systems related to healthcare record management and scheduling software

• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
