Role Overview

We are also hiring a Qualified Management Accountant to support our growing client base. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving finance environment and wants exposure to fractional CFO support, management reporting, cash flow forecasting, and performance analysis.

You will be responsible for preparing high-quality management accounts, presenting insights to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery across multiple engagements. This role is office-based with some on-site work. Flexible arrangements may be available depending on client needs.

Main duties & responsibilities

Management Accounting & Reporting

Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Analyse variances and explain performance changes
Complete and review balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare KPI reporting for stakeholders
Support cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and planning

Tax & Compliance

Prepare and submit Corporation Tax returns
Review and support VAT3 submissions

Additional Responsibilities

Prepare for and support external audits
Assist with strategic financial planning
Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting

What we need

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Confidence explaining financial results to non-financial audiences
Excellent Excel skills
Ability to manage deadlines and support junior team members
