Quality Assurance Associate

Goffstown Ace Hardware is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to help ensure products, inventory, and daily store operations meet quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products and merchandise for quality, accuracy, and condition.

• Identify damaged, defective, or incorrect items and report issues promptly.

• Assist with inventory checks, stock organization, and quality audits.

• Verify shipments and help ensure products are received and stored correctly.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Support store teams with quality-control procedures and process improvements.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Retail, warehouse, inventory, or quality-control experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Flexible availability, including weekends when needed.

Pay: $21.68 - $23.41 per hour
