The Coastal Bend Blood Center is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team and help support the Blood Center's Quality Management System. The QA Associate is responsible for assisting with the Quality Assurance Department’s activities associated with the maintenance of the Quality Management System and any other program related with the Quality Assurance Department.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with Quality Management System activities

Perform detailed record reviews and documentation
Assist with deviation investigations and follow-up
Support lookback investigations and consignee notifications
Maintain quality system documentation and functions
Help ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Experience & Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Clerical knowledge and experience with office equipment is required. One year of clerical or administrative experience required. Experience in the Quality Assurance field is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Strong verbal & written skills, detail oriented
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Must be able to work well with all staff levels
Excellent problems solving & troubleshooting

Quality control analysis

Requirements: Must have a Current Texas Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
