Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Perform inspections (IP, MIP, KIP) and documentation checks as part of MAIT activities

• Support test activities and carry out hardware inspections

• Prepare and execute quality inspections in accordance with quality management processes

• Review QA documentation and work instructions

• Monitor the readiness and availability of tools, measuring equipment, and time-critical materials

• Create and process Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and support Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRBs)

• Collaborate with internal interfaces and support project quality leadership

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, QA standards, training concepts, and the preparation of key figures and analyses

Your Profile

• Degree in a technical field or technical training with several years of experience in quality management

• Solid experience in performing and documenting technical inspections

• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured way of working

• Very good MS Office skills and ideally experience in the analysis and presentation of project results

• Basic knowledge of project management and lean management

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, combined with a high level of responsibility

• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work shifts as required in MAIT projects
