Quality Control Technician

Sechler’s Pickles, Inc is hiring a Quality Control Technician for our facility in St. Joe, IN. Sechler’s Pickles has been in the food manufacturing business for over 120 years, producing some of the highest quality and uniquely flavored pickles and peppers in the industry.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

Computer Knowledge
Ensuring quality from start to finish.
Skilled in completing required tracking paperwork.
Conducting product testing.
Able to assist in various positions during production.
Be able to work alone as well as with others.
Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Be a self-starter.
Be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
Be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Possess basic knowledge of manufacturing and/or food processing.
Have an understanding of quality standards, hygiene, and work safety.
Be self-motivated with a good work ethic and have a strong drive for results.
Will possess a high school diploma or GED.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. Job is full time with day shift only.
