Job Description
Job Summary:
Lead the quality department and manage quality systems to ensure products meet customer requirements and ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D standards.
Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the quality team.

Maintain and improve quality management systems.

Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects and rework.

Coordinate customer, supplier, and third-party audits.

Monitor quality performance and maintain documentation.
-
Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
-
5–7 years of quality experience in manufacturing.

At least 3 years of quality team leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D .

Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Experience in job shop, build-to-print, aerospace, textiles, or defense manufacturing.
