Job description

Role Overview:

This position supports global logistics and storage services, focusing on quality assurance within the Transport divisions. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards, while overseeing quality activities such as audits, incident management, supplier qualification, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, procedures, and performance metrics.

  • Oversee supplier qualification, audits, and quality agreements to ensure standards are met.

  • Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, and customer complaints.

  • Assist in risk management, change control, and regulatory compliance tasks.

  • Ensure proper documentation, data management, and quality control checks.

  • Conduct training programs on quality standards and promote continuous process improvement.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and collaborate with operational teams for service enhancement.

People Management:

Responsible for resource planning, team performance evaluation, work allocation, and fostering effective communication through regular meetings and one-on-one sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.

  • 5+ years in quality assurance within regulated environments; 2+ years in management.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, audit processes, and quality standards.

  • Effective communicator, leader, and problem solver with organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software; ability to travel if needed.
