About the role:
This is an on-site role responsible for supporting manufacturing quality, process improvement, and calibration activities to ensure products meet company and customer specifications. The position partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development, and R&D teams to analyze data, investigate quality issues, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to lead through technical knowledge, initiative, and a commitment to quality excellence.
The pay range for this role is $24.00 to $28.00 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, Quality Control Technology Certificate, or an equivalent combination of a high school diploma and at least 2 years of Quality Assurance experience.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.

Experience using complex inspection and measurement tools; ISO or similar quality system training is a plus.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining close attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; ERP system experience is preferred.
