We're looking for a ** Quality Technician - Overwrap ** to join our team in ** Raleigh, NC ** . 🔹 Summary
The ** Quality Technician - Overwrap ** is responsible for performing line inspections and quality audits to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations.
This role works directly within a manufacturing environment to monitor product quality, validate processes, identify defects, and support continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional products.
🔹 What You'll Do

Review job jackets and product specifications to verify production requirements.

Conduct inspections and audits throughout the production process.

Verify products meet company quality standards and customer expectations.

Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns and non-conforming products.

Work directly with operators to ensure quality standards are maintained during production.

Utilize quality tools and equipment to measure and validate product specifications.

Complete inspection records, quality reports, and required documentation.

Monitor critical control points and validate manufacturing processes.
-
Analyze inspection results and support corrective action efforts.

Ensure products are properly identified and tracked throughout production.

Maintain audit files and quality documentation.

Follow all company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures, and ISO standards.

Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing defects and improving customer satisfaction.
🔹 What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-
At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or industrial operations.

Experience in printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries preferred.
-
Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.
Skills & Abilities

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and production systems.
