Be Part of the Team Behind Reliable Medical Equipment

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Are you detail-oriented and looking for a hands-on role where your work makes a real difference?

As a Quality Technician, you'll help ensure critical medical equipment is clean, inspected, tested, maintained, repaired, accurately inventoried, and ready when healthcare customers need it.

With opportunities at Level I and II this role offers room to build your technical expertise, take on greater responsibility, and grow into a leadership role.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare medical equipment for customers by cleaning, maintaining, decontaminating, inspecting, and performing basic function testing.

  • Identify equipment requiring repair, properly tag units, and coordinate repairs with internal teams, customers, and Field Service Engineers.

  • At higher levels, troubleshoot, diagnose, adjust, maintain, and repair electronic medical equipment.

  • Ensure equipment barcodes, inventory records, inspection updates, and documentation are accurate and up to date.

  • Coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory allocation, and track-and-trace activities while ensuring customer ship dates are met.

  • Conduct physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and parts management activities.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

  • Communicate with customers, Sales Representatives, hospital representatives, and internal teams regarding equipment availability, repairs, and inventory.

  • Assist with tradeshow staging, on-site training, and customer support activities.

  • At Level III, help coordinate daily team workload, train junior personnel, and provide performance feedback to management.

  • Support inventory reporting, month-end processes, and other operational projects as needed.

  • Serve as a trusted point of escalation for equipment and customer issues at higher technician levels.

Why Join Us?

  • Make a difference: Your work helps keep medical equipment ready for the healthcare professionals who rely on it.

  • Hands-on experience: Build valuable skills working with medical equipment, inventory systems, troubleshooting, and repair processes.

  • Career growth: Opportunities to advance from Level I to Level II and III as you develop your technical and leadership skills.

  • Be part of a team: Collaborate with technicians, engineers, customers, hospital teams, and other professionals every day.

  • Variety in your work: No two days are exactly alike-you'll balance equipment, inventory, customer service, shipping, and technical responsibilities.
