Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 12 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience

  in building construction.

• Strong post-award experience covering

  architectural, civil/structural, and finishing packages

  .

• Proven expertise in

  detailed quantity measurement, interim valuations, and subcontractor certification

  .

• Experience in

  variation pricing, claims, and final accounts

  is an advantage.

• Gulf/Qatar construction experience strongly preferred

  , with good knowledge of local authority and utility requirements.

• Hands-on experience working under

  FIDIC or comparable standard forms of contract

  .

• Strong knowledge of commercial management, cost control, and subcontract administration.
