Quantity Surveyor and Tender Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Tender Estimator to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, tender preparation, and construction project costing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements.

• Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.

• Prepare detailed tender pricing and ensure competitive and accurate submissions.

• Monitor project costs, variations, and material quantities.

• Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate costing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Qatar or the GCC.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, rates, and market pricing.

• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity take-off/tendering software.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Qatar/GCC construction experience is preferred.
