Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The Quantity Surveyor will manage project costs from the initial estimate to completion, ensuring value for money and adherence to budgets. Responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting cost analyses, managing project budgets, and preparing financial reports. The role will involve collaborating with project teams to ensure financial efficiency in all stages of construction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques

• Experience with preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

• Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to support project financial management

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS) are an advantage

• Prior experience in construction or project
