Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator to join our project team, supporting the commercial and cost management of major infrastructure and water-sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, budgets and forecasts.

• Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports.

• Assess and manage variations, claims and changes

  .

• Review contractor and subcontractor valuations and quotations.

• Support tendering, procurement and contract administration.

• Carry out site visits to assess progress and associated costs.

• Identify commercial risks and opportunities for cost savings.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation or Cost Control.

• Experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure or water-sector projects

  .

• Strong experience with claims, variations and cost control

  .

• Experience with contractors/subcontractors and commercial documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field

  .

• Saudi Arabia experience is highly desirable.

• RICS or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
