Job description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support cost management and commercial activities across engineering and construction projects. The role involves quantity take-offs, cost estimation, contract administration, evaluation of variations and claims, review of contractor submissions, and monitoring project costs to support successful project delivery.
Application Requirements:

Degree from a recognized university.

BSc with 7+ years of relevant experience, or MSc with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Experience in quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration, and commercial management.

Knowledge of variations, claims assessment, measurement principles, and cost estimation.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with site operations and contractor/client coordination.
-
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
