QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Interior Designing/Fit Out)

QUANTITY SURVEYOR – INTERIOR DESIGN & FIT-OUT

Location: Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in interior design, fit-out, and finishing projects to manage cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tendering, and commercial aspects of projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within Qatar/GCC.

• Proven experience in interior fit-out, renovation, finishing, and commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, and project costing.

• Experience in preparing and reviewing tenders, quotations, subcontractor comparisons, and commercial proposals.

• Ability to measure and quantify architectural, civil, MEP, joinery, flooring, ceiling, painting, and other fit-out works.

• Experience in variations, valuations, interim payments, final accounts, and cost control.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and fit-out works.

• Ability to review drawings and coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and relevant QS/estimating software.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.

• Qatar/GCC fit-out experience is highly preferred.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
