Job Description:

• Kensova Interiors LLC is seeking a

  Quantity Surveyor

  with strong experience in estimation and tendering, together with broader pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost plans.

• Handle tendering activities and assist in the preparation of competitive bid submissions.

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and commercial documents.

• Prepare and issue subcontractor and supplier enquiries.

• Analyze quotations and prepare commercial comparison statements.

• Assist with pricing, tender clarifications, and commercial submissions.

• Support other pre-contract commercial activities.

• Prepare interim valuations and variation submissions where required.

• Assist with cost monitoring, claims, and final account documentation.

• Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams.

Requirements:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.

• Approximately

  3–6 years of relevant experience

  .

• UAE experience is mandatory.

• UAE Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory.

• Strong experience in estimation and tendering.

• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.

• Good working knowledge of PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel

  is required.

• Good communication and analytical abilities.
