Quantity Surveyor – Ajman
Experience: 3–4 Years
Location: Ajman, UAE
Industry: Precast / Contracting
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–4 years of experience in precast or contracting companies.
Responsibilities

Quantity take-off from architectural & structural drawings.

Preparation and checking of BOQs.

Concrete, reinforcement, precast and construction quantity calculations.

Prepare estimates, quotations and material take-offs.

Check drawing/BOQ quantities and identify discrepancies.

Coordinate with estimation, procurement and site teams.
Requirements
-
Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying qualification.
-
Strong experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-off.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
-
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
-
Shortlisted candidates will attend a face-to-face interview in Ajman.
