We Are Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Contracting / Construction

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the contracting/construction industry.

* Strong knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Take-Off, Cost Estimation and Cost Control.

* Experience in preparing and reviewing Variations, Interim Payments, Subcontractor Payments and Final Accounts.

* Ability to analyze project costs and monitor budgets.

* Good knowledge of Excel and QS/estimation software.

* Experience with Fit-Out / Interior Design projects is an advantage.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

* Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
