Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for an analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage material estimation, cost control, and financial reporting for our projects.
Key Responsibilities

Calculate required material quantities for projects based on design concepts and architectural drawings.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for raw materials and supplies.

Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and price custom manufacturing requests submitted by project teams.

Prepare actual vs. estimated cost analysis reports to optimize budgets and minimize waste.

Review and audit financial submittals, supplier invoices, and contractor variations.

Generate regular financial and quantity reports for management review.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
