QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS LEVEL 03)

KOREV CONSTRUCTION & GENERAL CONTRACTING – L.L.C is looking for a competent and experienced Quantity Surveyor – Level 03 to join our team in the UAE.

Position: Quantity Surveyor – QS Level 03

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: Minimum 5 Years UAE Experience

Key Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years relevant UAE experience in Quantity Surveying

* Diploma / B.Tech / BSc in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification

* Strong experience in Roads, Infrastructure & Civil Works

* Good knowledge of excavation, filling, subbase, road base, asphalt, kerbstone, interlock and concrete works

* Practical knowledge of pipelines, chambers and basic utility networks

* Strong capability in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, rate analysis and cost estimation

* Experience in preparation and verification of IPC, subcontractor/supplier payments and variations

* Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and tender/contract documents

* Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel

* UAE client/consultant/authority approval will be an advantage

* Good communication, coordination and documentation skills

* Candidates must be currently available in the UAE

Preference will be given to candidates having strong hands-on experience with UAE infrastructure contracting projects.
