Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Pricing & Tendering

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.

• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost breakdowns.

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and claims.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance.

• Prepare subcontractor payment evaluations and final accounts.

• Maintain proper commercial and contractual documentation.

• Support the engineering team with technical submissions, reports, correspondence, and project documentation..

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar.

• Strong experience in pricing, quotations, estimation, and tendering.

• Proven experience in preparing interim payments, variations, and final accounts.

• Good knowledge of Qatar construction market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software.

• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Able to work independently and support both commercial and engineering activities.

• Must be available to join on 1 September 2026.
