Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Professional certification such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial or residential construction projects.

• Experience with cost estimation software and tools, showcasing a strong technical ability in quantitative analysis.
