Job Description
Sadaf Group is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost control, variations, subcontractor claims, valuations, and final accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and project budgets.
* Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
* Prepare and evaluate quotations, variations and subcontractor claims.
* Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports.
* Verify subcontractor and supplier invoices.
* Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Estimation and Finance teams.
* Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
* Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
* Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
* UAE experience preferred.
* Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, contracts and cost control.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and QS/estimation software.
* Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
* Interior fit-out experience will be an advantage.
