Quantity Surveyor

QS / ESTIMATOR – FIT-OUT

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years’ experience in fit-out QS/estimation.

Strong knowledge and proven experience in woodwork/joinery pricing is essential.

Strong understanding of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tender pricing.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract functions.

Good knowledge of variations, valuations, cost control, claims, and final accounts.

Ability to manage the complete commercial process from tendering and estimation through project completion and final account.

Experience in handling residential, retail, offices, bank, and other commercial fit-out projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare estimates and detailed tender submissions.

Review drawings, specifications and BOQs.

Prepare accurate pricing for joinery, woodwork and other fit-out works.

Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.

Manage commercial matters from project award through handover.

Prepare variations, valuations, claims and final accounts.

Monitor project costs and maintain commercial control.
