Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced QS Engineer to join our engineering team, supporting Fit-Out and construction projects in Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.

• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate quantity calculations.

• Prepare and verify quantities for client invoices and payment applications

  .

• Coordinate with project and site teams to verify executed quantities and completed works.

• Prepare quantity measurements and supporting documents for client billing.

• Review BOQs and identify discrepancies, missing items, and scope variations.

• Track and document variations and additional works for client billing.

• Maintain accurate quantity records, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.

• Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QS Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

  .

• Previous experience in Fit-Out projects is required

  .

• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, measurement, BOQ, and client billing.

• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.

• Experience working with clients and project teams in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
