Duties

Design, develop, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and related JavaScript frameworks to ensure seamless user interactions across devices.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code that enhances usability and aesthetic appeal.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party web services to connect front-end components with back-end systems effectively.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance using best practices such as code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient state management with Redux or similar tools.
Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability.
Utilize developer tools like Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Git, SVN, and Trello for version control, project management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver iterative improvements, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and ensure timely project delivery.
Develop comprehensive documentation for UI components, user flows, and technical specifications to facilitate team collaboration and future enhancements.

Experience

Proven experience developing complex web applications using React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/SASS), JavaScript ES6+, and responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack or Babel as well as version control systems including Git or SVN.
Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, SOAP web services, and working with JSON/XML data formats.
Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Django, Spring Framework or ASP.NET Core is a plus for full-stack collaboration.
Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB or SQLite; understanding of SQL queries is essential.
Exposure to system architecture concepts including scalability, DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines with Ansible or Docker containers is advantageous.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban along with project management tools such as Trello or Jira enhances team synergy.
Ability to develop user flows that prioritize UX best practices while ensuring accessibility standards are met across all platforms.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
