Role Description

We are seeking experienced Property Consultant – Real Estate Brokerage to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the UAE off-plan real estate market, excellent client relationship management skills, and a strong willingness to work in a commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential buyers and investors for off-plan real estate properties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers.

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Dubai.

• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.

• Negotiate deals and successfully close property transactions.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property trends, and investment opportunities.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Provide professional guidance to clients throughout the property purchasing process.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE off-plan real estate sales experience is mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads, manage clients, and close sales.

• Good understanding of Dubai's real estate market.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

• Must have a commission-driven mindset and be willing to transition to a commission-based earning structure.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Salary, Commission & Benefits

• Initial Fixed Salary:

  Provided for the first 3–4 months to support candidates during their transition.

• Attractive Commission Structure:

  Opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on successful sales.

• Commission-Based Model:

  Following the initial salary period, earnings will be primarily commission-driven.
