Job Description

Rock 1 Builders D.O.O. is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Dubai team and drive sales for our Ocean Crest project in Montenegro, featuring premium off-plan townhouses and villas.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, strong client-handling and negotiation skills, and hands-on experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track follow-ups, and report daily sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Ocean Crest off-plan townhouses and villas to potential investors and buyers.

• Handle incoming inquiries, make outbound calls, and follow up with prospective clients.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

• Manage leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines using the company's CRM system.

• Submit daily reports on calls, lead follow-ups, client meetings, and sales progress.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate brokers.

• Consistently work towards achieving sales targets and converting leads into bookings.

• Coordinate with management to improve sales performance and client conversion.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales.

• Experience in off-plan property sales is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Strong follow-up, organisational, and reporting skills.

• Target-driven, proactive, and professionally presented.

• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Work Location

This is a full-time, office-based position at our office on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, near Sheraton Hotel. Candidates must be willing to work from the office every working day. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.

Salary and Commission

• Fixed Monthly Salary: AED 3,000.

• Sales Incentive: 1% commission on each successful property sale.

• The commission provides additional earning potential based on individual sales performance.
