Job description

Scope of Service: Blood Bank and L-1 Apheresis

The Apheresis Unit in the Blood Bank is a patient/ donor provider unit. The patients and donors range in age from four (4) months to adults. The treatment regimen requires close monitoring and prompts nursing intervention when necessary, to ensure a safe and comfortable procedure.

Blood Bank (Nursing) includes 3 different areas.

Apheresis
Donor Room
Cord Blood Stem Cell Bank

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with two (2) years' recent acute nursing experience.
