About Us

At Respect, we’re proud to be Regional Australia’s largest aged care provider. Join our purpose-driven team and enjoy meaningful work, a supportive culture and opportunities to grow while making a real difference in the lives of older Australians.

About The Role

The home features welcoming communal spaces, private family gathering areas and a varied lifestyle and activities program.

Join our team at Jallarah as a Casual Registered Nurse and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with previous in-charge experience and the confidence to work independently on night duty. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, lead and support care staff, and ensure safe medication management.

Availability across morning, afternoon and night shifts, including weekdays and weekends, is essential.

No two days are the same!

As Registered Nurse you will:

  • Complete required funding assessments and clinical documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance and supporting optimal funding and quality care outcomes.

  • Maintain high-quality, contemporaneous documentation that accurately reflects care delivery and clinical decision-making

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants, supporting safe practice and professional standards

  • Always uphold confidentiality and ensure staff work safely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures

  • Provide clear, concise shift handover and reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager, and identify training and development needs within the team

About You

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, with no restrictions to practice

  • Demonstrated clinical experience, preferably within aged care or a related healthcare setting

  • Sound knowledge of aged care standards, legislation, and best practice

  • Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and documentation skills

  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including night duty, as required

Why You Will Love Working With Us

  • A friendly, supportive workplace where people and purpose matter.

  • Meaningful work where you make a difference every day.

  • Opportunities to build a rewarding, long-term career in aged care.

  • Competitive salary packaging, with up to $15,900 for living expenses and an additional $2,650 for meals and holiday accommodation.
