NMBI-Registered Staff Nurses (Nursing Home) – Dublin (South)

RL Management & Consulting Agency are recruiting Registered General Nurses (RGNs) on behalf of our client to join a dedicated community-based care team. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality, one-to-one care in the home environment.

Role Overview

You will be providing complex community care for clients in the South Dublin area. This is a nurse-led 24-hour care service with the support of a dedicated Healthcare Assistant (HCA).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred care to clients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs.

• Work collaboratively with HCAs and the wider multidisciplinary team.

• Ensure care plans are followed and updated as required.

• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for clients in their homes.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation in line with professional standards.

Requirements

• Current NMBI registration. EU/EEA, Swiss or UK nurses who aren't yet registered but are eligible to apply are also welcome, and we'll guide them through the process

• Experience in geriatric or adult care, gerontology, long-term care or a nursing home preferred

• The right to work in Ireland without sponsorship: EU/EEA, Swiss or UK citizens, or Stamp 4 or Stamp 1G holders

• A caring, person-centred approach to resident care
