NADZ Healthcare is looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our growing team as Home Care Nurses in the UAE.

As a Home Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe, personalized, and high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at home in accordance with individualized care plans.

• Monitor patients' health conditions and accurately record vital signs and clinical observations.

• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV therapy, including IV cannulation, when required.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care while maintaining their dignity and independence.

• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.

• Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, disease management, and home care practices.

• Monitor and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition to the physician, nurse in charge, or supervisor.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and nursing records.

• Follow strict infection prevention and control procedures and maintain high standards of patient safety.

• Respond appropriately to patients' needs and emergencies within the scope of professional practice.

• Coordinate effectively with physicians, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain confidentiality and respect patients' privacy, dignity, and cultural values at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from the Philippines.

• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience; home care experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in IV cannulation and other essential nursing procedures.

• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ALS certification is an advantage.

• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-centered approach to nursing care.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
