Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Heartland Senior Living – Neoga, IL

Job Type: 1-PT-Time Evening Shift

$3 shift differential for all evening and night shift nurses!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional nursing care in accordance with Illinois scope of practice and facility policies.

• Assess residents’ health and communicate changes promptly to the care team.

• Oversee LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident records.

• Participate in admissions, care planning, and resident/family communication.

• Promote safety and follow all infection prevention practices.

• Provide compassionate support for residents and families, including end-of-life care.

What We’re Looking For

• Current, active RN/LPN license in Illinois.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused attitude.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
