As we continue our growth in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider region, we’re looking DHA-Registered Nurses dedicated to helping clients optimize their health and wellbeing through evidence-based solutions.

This is a permanent, on-site position based in Dubai. Working hours will be scheduled according to clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across health, wellness, aesthetics, and homecare services.

· Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

· Administer medications and injections safely and accurately, in accordance with clinical protocols.

· Prepare and assist physicians with minor procedures and treatments.

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and electronic medical records.

· Ensure infection prevention, control, and patient safety standards are consistently followed.

· Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle practices.

· Provide compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive patient care.

· Collaborate closely with physicians and the wider clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

· Coordinate patient follow-ups and provide appropriate support beyond the clinic visit.

· Maintain a professional, client-centered approach while upholding DNA’s standards of care and service.

Who we’re looking for:

· A Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of nursing experience in the UAE

· Valid DHA-RN license (mandatory).

· Proven clinical experience in outpatient, primary care, wellness, or a similar healthcare setting.

· Strong practical skills in IV cannulation and venipuncture, with the ability to perform these procedures confidently and safely.

· A compassionate and patient-focused professional with excellent bedside manner and a high level of professionalism and integrity.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and accurate clinical documentation.

· Good knowledge of infection prevention and control, patient safety, and quality standards.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages commonly spoken in the region are an advantage.
