Job Summary

The Dandelion is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Restaurant Team Member to support daily restaurant operations and provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate is a positive team player who can assist with food and beverage service, maintain clean work areas, and work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
Assist with food and beverage orders
Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service
Assist servers, hosts, and kitchen staff as needed
Refill water, utensils, napkins, condiments, and guest supplies
Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas
Communicate guest requests with the appropriate team members
Assist with basic food preparation and stocking when needed
Restock restaurant supplies and service items
Check completed orders for accuracy
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties
Support the restaurant team during busy service periods

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to learn menu items and restaurant procedures quickly
Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
