RevOps Solutions Architect
Go Nimbly
Job description
About the job
At Go Nimbly, we want to be a global thought leader in the RevOps space by developing a badass brand built through innovative work created by individuals with growth mindsets. As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience thatâs both frictionless and human. You will move these high-growth companies towards a more operationally efficient organization.
As a RevOps Solutions Architect at Go Nimbly, you'll collaborate with a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, and Analysts to build best-in-class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps. You will act as a subject matter expert on the process of scoping, discovery, solutioning, and leading the team through solution and architecture decisions by considering scalability, trade-offs, best practice, and the latest technology trends, including where generative AI can accelerate or improve general operations and go-to-market motions.
*Remote: Location Requirements
Weâre a fully remote company. At this time, we are only able to hire candidates who reside in the following locations due to payroll, tax, and compliance requirements:
U.S. states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah.
Countries: Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Mexico, Brazil
On a given day, a RevOps Solutions Architect will spend time:
-
Defining architecture principles and standards. A RevOps Solutions Architect owns communication and justification of design decisions with our internal team and directly with the client, including executive stakeholders.
-
Building connections between GTM systems that drive real value and outcomes, whether that's through custom code, vibe-coded integrations, or an iPaaS/automation platform like Workato, Make, or n8n. The tool matters less than knowing which one fits the problem.
-
Finding where AI and agents can add value, then building workflows that turn GTM data into actionable insights and automate work. You identify and propose when AI should own the process versus when a human needs to stay involved, all while respecting data privacy, security, and compliance.
-
Diagnosing where GTM systems are broken or fragmented, duplicate sources of truth, manual handoffs, data that doesn't reconcile, and owning the fix from root cause through to a shipped solution, not just flagging the gap.
-
Designing solutions for complex workstreams, advising clients on when to buy an existing tool versus build a custom solution, and presenting these solutions to client teams in a way that builds trust and makes the case for scalability and best practice.
-
Actively participating in up-leveling the team through ad hoc coaching and mentoring on solutions, and championing a diligent, no corners cut delivery through strong enablement and rollout.
-
Senior members of Go Nimbly act as an ambassador within the Revenue Operations space and keep a pulse on the latest releases and technology trends, including generative AI and its growing role in RevOps architecture, to help form a point of view on how releases and changes will impact teams and customers.
Whatâs in it for you?
-
Flexible working environment: our entire team works remotely, and we have no plans to change this!
-
Tiered incentive program (in addition to base salary) to reward high performers.
-
Gain exposure to several high-growth companies looking to scale and invest in their revenue operations function.
-
Be a part of a dynamic team and collaborate with top industry professionals. Many of our alumni have gone on to become leaders and executives at high-growth companies!
-
Annual camp: we have a yearly offsite to bring the team together, celebrate our successes, and plan the year.
-
Dedicated to employee development and career paths aimed at fostering your growth and your career.
-
100% paid premiums for US employeesâ insurance coverage.
About you
-
You have 8+ years of experience in at least one core discipline (Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Systems) and working fluency across the others, including systems architecture and administration (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), data modeling and integration design across the tech stack.
-
You work with senior stakeholders to uncover business requirements, diagnose gaps and pains, and design scalable technical solutions to resolve them, including advising clients on when to buy versus build.
-
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features, with a perspective on when to use out of the box features, declarative automation, or code, and comfort building connections across custom code, vibe-coded integrations, or an iPaaS platform like Clay, Workato, Make, or n8n.
-
A track record of diagnosing fragmented or broken GTM systems, duplicate sources of truth, manual handoffs, data that doesn't reconcile, and owning the fix through to a shipped solution, not just flagging the problem.
-
Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams, communicating with technical and non technical audiences, and you can hold your own in front of executive stakeholders.
-
A genuine point of view on AI and agents in RevOps: judgment on where AI should own delivery versus where a person needs to stay in the loop, and mindful of data governance, PII, and compliance boundaries.
-
Bonus: if you have a Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect certification, or are on the path to achieving one of these certifications.
About Us
-
Be a Leader. Leadership at Go Nimbly isn't about title, it's showing up with a point of view, saying the hard thing clearly, and making sure what you started actually lands.
-
Show Your Work. We love a finished product, but how you got there matters too. Clear communication and proactive updates are part of the job.
-
Value Long-Term Over Short-Term. The fast answer and the right answer aren't always the same. We're committed to building things that scale, even when that means slowing down.
-
Take It to the Finish Line. We don't hand things off and hope for the best. When you own something here, you own it all the way through.
-
Customer-Obsessed. When our clients win, we win. We genuinely understand their business and show up as trusted advisors, as invested in their outcomes as they are.
-
Gotchu Energy. The best teammates make the people around them feel like they've got backup, leaning into hard moments instead of away from them.
