Sales & Customer Support Executive (Forex Industry)

Baazex is looking for experienced and motivated Sales & Customer Support Executives to join our growing team in Dubai.

Candidates must have a strong background in the Forex industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Explain Forex trading services and account-opening procedures.

• Follow up with potential and existing clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 1- 3 years of Forex sales experience (mandatory).

• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills (mandatory).

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Good knowledge of Forex trading and financial markets.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month.
