PDS Piling & Foundation Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contracting company specializing in piling, foundation, and related construction services. We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to expand our client base, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen our presence in the UAE construction market.

Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase company revenue.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE construction and contracting sector.

• Develop and maintain relationships with main contractors, consultants, developers, and subcontractors.

• Identify upcoming piling, foundation, excavation, shoring, and construction projects and generate business leads.

• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

• Promote the company's piling and foundation contracting services.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.

• Maintain an updated database of clients, consultants, contractors, and potential projects.

• Follow up with clients and contractors to convert leads into awarded projects.

• Negotiate commercial terms and assist management in closing contracts.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and upcoming projects.

• Coordinate with the estimation, technical, and operations teams for successful project handover.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Prepare sales forecasts, business development plans, and regular reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

• Experience in piling, foundation, construction, shoring, excavation, or related contracting industries is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market.

• Existing contacts and relationships with main contractors, consultants, developers, and subcontractors will be an advantage.

• Proven track record of generating leads and securing construction projects.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management systems.

• UAE driving license is preferred.

• Good command of English. Arabic is an advantage.
