Job Summary

Rizan Jewellery LLC is looking for a confident, presentable, and creative Female Sales & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team at Safari Mall, Sharjah.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in jewellery sales, social media, content creation, and customer engagement. The candidate must be comfortable and confident appearing in videos and promoting our jewellery products on our social media pages.

This role combines retail sales, customer service, social media marketing, and on-camera content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service in the showroom.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Explain jewellery designs, gold purity, pricing, offers, and product features.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch sales performance.

• Appear confidently in videos, Reels, and promotional content for the company's social media pages.

• Present jewellery products, new collections, offers, and promotions naturally and professionally on camera.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for social media campaigns and promotional activities.

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Rizan Jewellery brand positively.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.

• Confident, presentable, energetic, and friendly personality.

• Must be comfortable appearing in videos and speaking on camera.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is an advantage.

• UAE retail experience is preferred.

• Willing to work flexible retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
