Job Description
Great Win Fire & Safety LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate must have 8–10 years of experience in the UAE fire and safety industry, with strong technical knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE fire and safety market.

Promote fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), maintenance services, and other fire protection solutions.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.

Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.

Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements

8–10 years of experience in sales engineering within the UAE fire and safety industry.

Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, and related fire protection solutions.

Good understanding of UAE fire and safety market requirements and industry standards.

Existing client relationships and industry contacts in the UAE are preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Ability to work independently, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
