This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Engineer (Enterprise, Pacific NorthWest) based in United States.
This role is focused on helping enterprise customers understand, evaluate, and adopt advanced cybersecurity solutions that address real-world attack risks. You will partner closely with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles, bringing technical expertise to discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements. You will work directly with security practitioners and executives to connect technical capabilities with measurable business outcomes. The position combines deep cybersecurity knowledge with consultative communication, relationship building, and commercial awareness. You will also remain engaged after deals close to support technical continuity, reinforce customer value, and identify potential expansion opportunities. Working in a fully remote, high-growth environment, you will have significant ownership and influence across customers, internal teams, and product direction.
Accountabilities:

Partner closely with Account Executives on enterprise opportunities, supporting discovery, solution positioning, technical validation, and deal progression.

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customersâ infrastructure, security maturity, compliance requirements, risk priorities, and business objectives.

Deliver tailored product demonstrations and structured, outcome-driven proof-of-value engagements that clearly demonstrate customer value.

Translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into clear business outcomes, including exposure reduction, compliance alignment, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, building strong relationships with both security practitioners and executive stakeholders.

Manage technical deal strategy throughout the sales cycle, addressing objections, competitive positioning, and technical concerns.

Stay engaged with key customers throughout the lifecycle to monitor evolving requirements, reinforce value realization, and identify appropriate expansion opportunities.

Maintain post-sale technical continuity by supporting smooth handoffs, reinforcing initial value, and maintaining alignment between executives and technical teams.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to communicate field feedback and improve product positioning.

Contribute to internal enablement by refining demonstrations, technical resources, knowledge-sharing materials, and enterprise sales playbooks.

Support pipeline progression and win rates by providing strong technical leadership throughout the enterprise sales process.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect, preferably within cybersecurity or infrastructure.

Demonstrated experience working with enterprise accounts while engaging both highly technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including the threat landscape, vulnerability management, identity, cloud environments, and Active Directory.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate their value effectively to both practitioners and senior executives.

Proven experience leading structured proof-of-value engagements and managing technical validation cycles.

Strong consultative communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

Comfortable operating with significant ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Must be located in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States.
