Job description

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, calls, site visits, and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Expand client base and maintain long-term relationships.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Planning & Strategy

Develop sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Prepare and present sales plans and forecasts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Quotations & Proposals

Follow up the quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for pricing.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of documents.

Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments .
Ensure smooth handover of projects to execution team.
Attend meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Maintain clear communication between client and company.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Track progress of leads, quotations, and orders.
Update CRM systems (if applicable).

Payment Follow-up

Follow up on invoices and payments from clients.
Coordinate with accounts team for billing and collections.
Ensure timely payment to maintain cash flow.

Marketing Support

Promote company services and products.
Participate in exhibitions, campaigns, and marketing activities.
Support branding and business promotion efforts.

Compliance & Professional Conduct

Follow company policies and ethical standards.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and company requirements.

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
