Sales Executive - Building Materials & Hardware (Sharjah)

Al Zafeer Building Materials LLC (ZARA brand) is a Dubai-based manufacturer and importer of screws, fasteners, hardware, tapes and allied building materials, selling through dealer networks across the UAE for over 15 years.

We are hiring a field sales executive for the SHARJAH territory - one of our strongest and busiest markets.

The Role (field-based):

• Daily visits to building materials and hardware dealers across Sharjah (Industrial Areas, Rolla, Sajja, Muweilah and surrounding)

• Order booking and growing sales of the ZARA range with existing and new dealers

• Payment collections and account follow-ups

• Opening new dealer accounts and reporting market intelligence

We Are Looking For:

• UAE experience in building materials / hardware / fasteners sales (dealer or shop counter side both considered)

• Existing relationships in the Sharjah building materials market are a strong advantage

• Hindi/Urdu essential; Arabic an advantage

• UAE driving license preferred (or willing to obtain quickly)

• Stable work history - we value people who build territories, not job-hoppers

Pay & Benefits:

• Fixed salary AED 4,000-6,000 based on experience

• Incentives on sales and collections

• Visa, medical insurance, mobile allowance

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE building materials / hardware sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
