Sales Executive – Real Estate

We’re looking for ambitious and motivated Real Estate Executives to join our dynamic sales team in Sharjah & Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company properties including residential, commercial, plots, and villas.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate, updated information.

• Negotiate and close sales deals while consistently meeting and exceeding targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property exposure and lead generation.

• Stay up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).

• Valid UAE driving license (required).

• Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written); English or Urdu is a plus.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and digital tools.

• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
