Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to provide technical architecture, governance, and oversight for a Salesforce modernization project.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing Salesforce solutions, reviewing technical designs, working with implementation partners, and ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.

This role will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and the Salesforce Center of Excellence to provide architectural direction and ensure successful modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution architecture and technical design

• Establish and maintain Salesforce technical governance standards

• Review and oversee partner and vendor solution designs

• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with enterprise architecture and technical standards

• Provide architectural guidance across Salesforce implementation and modernization initiatives

• Work closely with the Salesforce Center of Excellence

• Evaluate technical approaches, integrations, dependencies, and solution risks

• Provide technical direction to Salesforce development and implementation teams

• Support architectural decisions and resolve complex technical issues

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

• Help establish best practices for Salesforce development, integration, security, and platform governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience preferred

• Strong experience in Salesforce solution architecture

• Experience leading Salesforce modernization or transformation initiatives

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and integrations

• Experience with enterprise architecture and technical governance

• Experience reviewing and overseeing vendor or partner solution designs

• Experience working with a Salesforce Center of Excellence

• Strong understanding of Salesforce development, integrations, security, and data architecture

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to provide technical leadership and architectural direction

Preferred Qualifications

• AI / Salesforce Agentforce experience

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect is a plus

• Experience with Salesforce AI and emerging platform capabilities

• Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce environments

• Experience managing or guiding implementation partners
